We work alongside our wonderful Pause Partners offering additional workshops and support including craft, art, massage, exercise and women's wellness.
Based in East Devon, local clients are welcome in person. 1:1 VIP days, friendship group and corporate bookings are also available. We are always open to customised offerings depending on what you are looking for.
The Pause Cafe-Honiton
3 hours of deep rest and relaxation
Sometimes you don't need a full day, you just need a proper breather.
The Pause Cafe gives you three hours to fully exhale. A gentle space to help you create a sustainable rhythm of rest that actually work in your everyday life.
Perfect for when life is full but you know you need to pause. Once a month on a Thursday, at Meadow View Chapel 10-1.
AROMA-PAUSE — £35pp | £25 for children (age 10+)
A 90-minute aromatherapy workshop
A beautiful, hands-on experience where you'll create three bespoke aromatherapy products to take home or gift to someone you love. Drinks and snacks are provided, and children over 10 are very welcome, making this a lovely thing to do together.
Whether it's a solo treat, a gift experience or a fun afternoon with friends, the Aroma-Pause is a wonderful way to slow down and create something truly yours.

A few hours of rest, lovingly curated for you
We host a number of day events, carefully chosen to help you unwind and experience a sense of calm.
Our upcoming events can be found on our Facebook page, and include 'Pause and Pilates', 'Pause and Paint', 'Pause and Plunge' (involving a sauna and cold plunge), plus several evening offerings.

Your colleagues need a breather too. Permission to Pause is a workplace wellbeing experience designed to help your team feel nourished, restored and ready to keep doing the great work they do.
A day of rest and restorative spaces, fully tailored to your group. Packages start from £60 per person, get in touch to chat through what would work best for your team.
